The order is delivered to the address you provide during checkout. Please ensure that it is complete and accurate.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is not collected from a pickup point, we may charge additional shipping fees for re-sending the order.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address, in line with applicable law.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.
8.1 How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days by a clear statement (e.g. email).

Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and labels where possible.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (similar to trying items in a physical store).
